Jay Hunter, MA, LMFT, has over 20 years of experience working in the Native American Community. He is an enrolled member of the Muskogee Creek tribe and affiliated with the Winnebago Tribe if Nebraska. His therapy style is based on the Client-Therapist relationship and Attachment Theory. He is also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, and has extensive experience working with trauma both with children and adults. Soaring Eagle Therapeutic Services provides:

  • Individual therapy for children (5-17 years old).
  • Individual therapy for adults.
  • Family Therapy.
  • Couples therapy.
  • Minnesota Board Approved Marriage and Family Therapy Supervision

Rose Joiner, M.S., LMFT, is currently a full-time therapist. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2012.  She provides therapy to individuals, families and couples.  She also co-facilitates a Therapeutic group for children who have experienced trauma. Rose is EMDR trained and enjoys working with children and adolescents.  She is passionate about helping others and an advocate for health and wholeness.

Kassidy Severson, M.S., is a recent graduate from St. Cloud State University where she obtained a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kassidy also received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in 2020. Kassidy is interested in families, children, and trauma. Most of Kassidy’s clinical work has revolved around separated families, particularly families separated by child protective services.

Glorina Fruetel, MA, LMFT, learned a multitude of skills, experience, and expertise surrounding issues related to Family and Children services: Child Protection, Foster Care, Intellectual Disabilities, Family Court as well as working with Adults and Children in Mental Health spanning over 20 plus
years. Glorina works collaboratively with, Individuals, couples, and families, to uncover
individual and collective strengths. She understands that when we embrace our strengths we can be empowered to create the change that we desire for our life/family/relationships. Glorina works to provide a nurturing environment that fosters safety and trust in which you are invited to be unapologetically you. She is committed to providing culturally attuned services.
